KIMCO PUMPS AND TOOLS ENGINEERING INC.


Philippe Bourbeau, president of KIMCO was born in Montreal in 1973. He was the son of a macon who possessed numerous creative aptitudes in mechanics, welding, conception, invention, etc. He invented several machines.


Philippe followed in his father's footsteps when he started working on construction sites at a young age. He quickly stood out from the pack in cutting and installing stones and prefabricated cement elements.


He worked on hundreds of very big stone construction projects, such as the Ottawa Parliament, several buildings in Old Montreal and numerous big houses.
Works like stone arches, cornices, columns, ballisters, stone fireplaces. Floating stone stairs, towers, fountains, cement fixing (structural cracks, buildings, bridges, water basins, public swimming pools) etc.


He started fabricating machines in 1995 ( palant system, rolling bridge, specialized mixer, oxy-cutting robot, etc.). In 1996, he started working on more difficult challenges : the conception and fabrication of a multifonctional stone-cutting saw...a huge success! He then fabricated a multifonctional stone milling, another huge success, a machine that could not only cut and profile, but also polish granit and all other sorts of stone.


He then conceived a stone tower capable of making columns that are 8 feet high and 20 inches in diameter. It could also turn very small ballisters. This machine is very easy to use as it does all the work thanks to a copier.


He also conceived numerous other machines in the field of gypse and numerous epoxy, polyurethane and injection membrane pumps, etc... He then attended the Institut Superieur d'Electronique to perfect his art with a robotics technique course.


Today, Philippe Bourbeau concentrates on the fabrication of epoxy pump, pump that have been tested and improved over the last 10 years. Kimco is always looking for ways to improve its machines and its injection techniques.


Mr. Bourbeau's has a very creative and professional side as well as being very honest. His impressive experience in concret injection helps conceive machine very suitable for end-users. He always conceived professional machines for the market professionals.
